The owner of the online store www.abestore.ee (hereinafter the Online Store) is AbeStock AS (registry code 10344545), located at Mustjuure 9, 10618 Tallinn, Estonia.
Validity of the sales contract, products and price information
The terms of sale apply to the purchase of Goods from the online store www.abestore.ee and the brand stores Braun, Loodusvägi and Dr.Stern.
The Goods can be purchased in the Republic of Estonia. Braun's products can be purchased in the Republic of Latvia.
The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A fee for the transportation is added to the price in checkout.
The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer, the weight of the order and the method of delivery.
All the buyer's expenses related to the order of the Goods are presented in the shopping cart and on the checkout page when placing the order.
Placing an order
To order products from the e-shop you must add the desired products to the shopping cart.
To place an order, fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate method of delivery.
The price of your order are displayed in the shopping cart, which can be paid via the bank link on the checkout page.
The sales agreement is active from the moment the money is received in the current account of the Online Store.
If the ordered products can not be delivered due to insufficient stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible.
If the ordered products can not be replaced then and the money paid will be refunded immediately, but not later than 30 days.
The products are delivered in Estonia. Braun's products are also delivered to Latvia.
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed in the shopping cart.

Shipments usually reach the destination within 2-5 working days. In exceptional cases the goods will be delivered within 45 calendar days.
The customer will be notified immediately of any exceptional case.
Right of withdrawal
After making the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the e-shop purchase, within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
To use the 14-day right of return, the products must be in the original packaging and unused.

The application with the returned goods must be sent no later than 14 days after the purchase.
The Online Store has the right to refuse to return when the products have been used or show signs of use.
The 14-day right of return the order does not apply in the following cases:
- products made to the customer's personal needs (for ex. toothbrushes, male grooming, epilators, bras, underwear, bikinies, socks)
- for perishable goods (food products)
- in closed packages which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if the package has been opened after delivery
(incl. Male grooming, epilators, electric toothbrushes, bras, underwear, socks, bikinis)
The delivery costs will be refunded within 3 working days, if the goods were damaged due to the supplier's fault.
The online store will deal with the submitted claim within 30 days.
Right to submit an complaint
The customer has the right to submit an complaint due to product defects. Please contact the online store no later than 14 days after the purchase.
Please write a complaint to firstname.lastname@example.org store responds to the customer's complaint in writing within 14 working days.
If the products purchased from the online store have defects for which the online store is responsible,
the online store will repair or replace the defective products at own expense.
If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund the order.
The online store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the delivery of the goods to the buyer.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The online store will send newsletters and offers to the buyer's e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed a wish to do so.
The customer has the opportunity to cancel the offer.

The online store responds to the customer's claims within 14 working days.
If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee.

The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store.
