The Data Protection Law provides you with a number of rights regarding the process of your personal data.
Access to personal data
You have the right to request access to personal data collected about you. When sending the desired copy of the collected personal data by e-mail to for security reasons only encrypted, adding you as the recipient of the files using your personal identification code.
If you do not have the technical ability to open such a file, or if your personal code does not allow you to be added as a recipient when encrypting the files, you will receive the requested documents in person. Documents are issued only during our office hours.
Correction of personal data
If you believe that information about you is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to ask us to correct it.
Withdrawal of consent
If you have consented to the use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time.
As of May 25, 2018, you have the following rights.
Opposition to data processing on the basis of legitimate interests
You have the right to object to the processing of personal data based on our legitimate interests. However, we will continue to process your data even if you object, if we have good motivated reasons to continue processing the data. To use this right, please submit a written request to us.
Deletion
In certain circumstances, you have the right to request us to delete all or part of your personal data. This does not apply in cases where we are required by law to retain data.
To delete, please submit a written request to that effect.
Restriction of processing
You also have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data at any time. To use this right, please submit a request to us.
Data transferability
You have the right to request the transfer of your personal data to another data controller ("data transferability"). This right only covers data that you have given us with your consent or contract and where processing is carried out automatically.
