Privacy policy in AbeStock AS for processing Personal data
The privacy and the security of your personal information is important to us. By creating a user account in the AbeStock AS online Store "Abestore" www.abestore.ee , Braun, Loodusvägi or Dr.Stern brandshop (hereinafter the online store), the customer consents to the processing of his/her personal data under the conditions set out in this document (hereinafter the privacy policy).
General terms
Personal data is any information about an identified or identifiable person visiting the online store.
The processing of personal data is any act performed with the personal data. For example collecting, restoring or modifieng the personal data. Also access, retrieval and extraction, use, transmission, cross-use, aggregation, closure, deletion or destruction, or several of the foregoing, regardless of the manner and means used.
The privacy policy is in accordance with the general regulation of the protection of personal data of the European Union and the corresponding legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

AbeStock AS processes the data of their online customers according to the following principles:
• Personal data is collected to the minimum extent possible;
• Personal data is used only for the purpose for which the service is provided, for the sale and delivery of goods, for concluding and performing a contract, for identifying a person, for contacting a person and for introducing the services.
We have implemented technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Data from loss, alteration, theft and unauthorized access.
Only authorized people have access to the data.
The terms of the privacy policy do not apply to the processing of data of legal entities.
Our online store may contain external links to other websites. Please note that the Privacy Policy does not regulate the conditions of processing personal data on other websites.
Purpose for data collection and processing
We need your Personal data only regarding:
• Create and manage a user account for you;
• to answer your inquiries and provide you with the necessary information;
• for concluding a contract and fulfilling contractual obligations;
• for transportation and return of purchased goods;
• to solve problems that have arisen;
• to make settlements.
Direct marketing
The online store will send you newsletters and offers to your e-mail address only if you have allowed it and have indicated your wish to receive direct mail notifications.
You can refuse to get newsletters and special offers at any time by notifying us via email or by following the instructions in the email containing the offers.
What kind of data is collected?
We collect and store the following personal information for the following purposes:
• To identify the client: First and last name; personal identification code;
• For communication: telephone; e-mail; address; email address;
• For transportation: location address;
• To establish payment and return the amount paid for the repurchase of goods: details of the means of payment, bank account, amount paid.
Automatically saved information
When visiting the online store, general information is anonymously saved.
This may include such information as the name of the internet service provider, websites you visited before visiting the AbeStock AS online store, information you searched for / downloaded from the AbeStock AS website, date and time, when you visited the AbeStock AS online store and information about the operating system and browser version you are using.
Such data is collected and analyzed anonymously in Google Analytics and other web tools only for the purpose of making AbeStock AS's online store more funcional and attractive to its users.
This data will not be processed for any other purpose or passed on to third parties.
Cookies
A cookie is a small text file that a web server sends to your web browser and is stored on your hard drive. Cookies enable a browser to remember your preferences such as type size, language preferences, device information, visiting statistics etc.

Abestock AS uses the following cookies:
• Session cookies (temporary cookies) designed to enable providing services.
• Permanent cookies (stored on the user’s computer after closing the web browser) that allow for remembering the client’s preferences on Abestock AS online store.
More specifically, Abestock AS uses:
• analytics cookies that gather information about how the web page is being used. For example, which pages are visited most frequently or what type of information clients search on the page etc. These cookies do not gather information that would enable to directly identify the user of the web page. This includes, for instance, Google Analytics and Hotjar cookies.
• Third party cookies, for example YouTube and Google Maps. Location map and videos will not be loaded unless the client has agreed to the Privacy Policy. To technologically enable this, we use the privacy_embeds cookie by Avada.
The user has the right to disable cookies. In this case, the user must change the settings of their web browser.
When opting to block cookies, the user should be aware that all web page functions may no longer be available to the user.
From what sources do we collect personal data?
We collect personal information that you publish, such as when you make a purchase from an online store.
In general, we gather personal information directly from clients and with their consent. In addition, we use automatic data collection, including cookies and other tracking devices, to optimize user experience and to provide a better service to our customers
Sharing the personal data
Service providers
In order to fulfill our obligations to you, we share your personal information with companies that provide us with services, such as an IT support company, an audit and legal services company.
The online store also transmits personal data to the companies providing the transport service in order to deliver the goods. These companies can only process your personal data in accordance with our instructions and have no right to use it for any other purpose.
According to the legislation and our cooperation agreement, they are obliged to process your personal data, ensuring their privacy.
Group companies
We may share your personal information with other relevant companies in the ABC Group if this is necessary to achieve the defined objectives and is sufficiently secure.
Law enforcement agencies, state and municipal officials
In cases prescribed by law, we must transfer Personal Data to law enforcement agencies, state and municipal officials and other persons entitled to claim Personal Data.
We may also transfer your personal information to the persons listed above in order to protect their legal rights.
Where do we process your Personal data?
We always process personal data within the European Union and the European Economic Area.
Personal data will not be transferred or processed in countries outside these areas.
How long will my Personal data be kept?
Personal data is stored for up to 7 years in accordance with the obligation arising from § 12 of the Accounting Act of the Republic of Estonia to certify source documents and contracts.
Personal data that you have provided to us on online store or social networks channels (Facebook, Instagram, youtube etc.) or by telephone, e-mail or sms, but have not made a purchase in the e-shop, will be deleted once a year.
All personal data related to making a purchase in the online store and delivering goods is stored for 7 years in accordance with the Accounting Act.
After these deadlines, we will delete your personal data in a secure way so that it can no longer be associated with you.
Your rights
The Data Protection Law provides you with a number of rights regarding the process of your personal data.
Access to personal data
You have the right to request access to personal data collected about you. When sending the desired copy of the collected personal data by e-mail to for security reasons only encrypted, adding you as the recipient of the files using your personal identification code.
If you do not have the technical ability to open such a file, or if your personal code does not allow you to be added as a recipient when encrypting the files, you will receive the requested documents in person. Documents are issued only during our office hours.
Correction of personal data

You have the right to request the transfer of your personal data to another data controller ("data transferability"). This right only covers data that you have given us with your consent or contract and where processing is carried out automatically.

Requirements for data protection may change and then AbeStock AS will be guided by the changes.
